The driver's backrest has been custom affixed to the rear passenger pillion so we have included a 2nd stock passenger pillion free. The handlebars are stock but have they have extended risers . If this does not suit you then simply put back the stock risers and it will be completely back to stock again. Unfortunately we do not have the stock risers. MECHANICALLY - She is a Very Solid Turn Key--Ready to Ride Heritage. The brakes and clutch are good. Tires are in Great Shape. No Fluid leaks. She Rides, Shifts, and Handles just like she should--No abnormalities. All instrumentation-lights-signals, etc appears to be working properly. Definitely has been loved and pampered!COSMETICALLY - This bike is Gorgeous! The paint has a Very Slick Shiny Appearance. All Chrome is in Super Shape--No pits or peeling as she's been garaged. No Rips or Fading on Seating areas. No Dents or Dings. Has 2 very faint scratches on the top of the front fender but you have to get very close to even begin to see them-as I couldn't even really get them to show in a photo. Driver backrest is aftermarket and it was custom fabricated to the original back seat-that means that the back seat the driver backrest are one unit. This can be eliminated by simply changing out the rear seat for another stock one, which can be found here easily on Ebay. Since vehicles, motorcycles, RV's and trailers are USED, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with the asset throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. If we have them it will be stated in the listing. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. TERMS 9. SALES TAX: FL residents are responsible for applicable FL sales tax/title/tag/registration fees. Buyers outside of FL are responsible for FL sales tax IF they are taking delivery inside of Florida. Most states have sales tax reciprocal agreements with Florida. For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired. Florida State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks must wait until the check clears our bank before mailing out any title which can be up to 10 days. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If the vehicle is shipped to you a by carrier then we do not collect any sales tax. However, if the car is picked up and driven on Florida roads, as a licensed dealer, we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State (we do not collect for every State). The only States that do not have a reciprocal agreement with Florida (where you will be double taxed) are Arkansas and Mississippi. If you are a licensed dealer purchasing from us then you know we will need a copy of your current 2012 dealer license and sales tax resale certificate which can be easily faxed or emailed to us. 10. ENDING AUCTION EARLY: In the event that the asset featured in this auction is purchased prior to this auction's scheduled ending date and time, Gancos Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any bids and end the auction early.
