The tire and seals need replaced. This has the brakes on it and the master cylinder that works and the master cylinder for the clutch with hose and wires for the controls. I will take the wheel off for shipping for a smaller box. Shipping weight will include the box and might have to ship freight. I will build the box today to find out the weight. I will be listing other parts this week also. I have sold the frame and body covers.

1989 Yamaha Fzr400 , Great bike for a first time rider. Runs like a top, and just had all maintaianance done (new tires, oil, plugs, rear brakes). 21k on the clock, and many more to go. Has braided brake lines, a generic carbon pipe, and shinko podiums front and rear of OE size. This bike is a blast through the corners! It does have cosmetic issues. The fairings are aftermarket from airtech, and have a few minor battle scars. The windshield and upper fairing have been cleanly cut down, and aftermarket mirrors installed. $1,500.00 8438305064

For being 27 years old the bike looks and runs awesome! It has less than 18k original miles, has never been dropped and has only a few minor cracks around the fairing mounting areas from the tightening of the bolts, which is normal for these older more brittle plastics (see near bolts in pics attached). A few notes about the bike: * The bike was owned by 1 famous owner from new until when I bought it three years ago. It was a famous biker from the publishing world who collects bikes (Forbes magazine) and the bike was in Palm Beach all of its life until I got it. I have a copy of the original title with his info on it that I can provide. * The bike was purchased from him for $4,500 and needed some TLC. * The bike had extensive work done to get the bike all up to modern running equipment. I spent over $3,500... All well documented (will provide) at Fast by Ferracci. * I also had a GPR slip-on imported from Italy (over $500) and it sounds amazing! * So I have almost $9,000 invested in the bike, but I'm looking to get only $4,950 OBO. It's a fair price, for a great bike that will run strong, needs nothing, is a piece of superbike history and looks awesome! It was the "Bike of the Decade" on the cover of Motorcyclist magazine... I have the magazine and will provide it also. :)

Purchased this bike in 2006 and drove it 3X. The bike is presently not running. I rode it 2X after this and then got the fear of god in me when I saw someone wipe out on a motorcycle in front of me. One part of the bike is removed as per pics and basically been sitting since then. It's got a full tank of gas, needs a battery and it is clogged and needs an engine flush. Needs a taillight. The electrical needs to be connected to the gauges. Nothing major! The Yamaha FZR600 is a sports motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 1989 and 1999. It was the successor to the FZ600 and was replaced by the YZF-600R It had a steel Deltabox frame and swingarm, similar in appearance to the alloy Deltabox frame introduced three years earlier on the 1WG FZR400. The FZR600 was discontinued in 1999 due to age of the design and the competing 600 cc sportbike offerings from Yamaha: The YZF 600R and YZF R6 The 4 Valve Yamaha FZR600 engine was slanted forward in the frame. This was the basis of the Genesis frame concept, and helped to lower the centre of gravity and help centralise mass. This layout allowed the real fuel tank to sit behind the cylinders, low between the frame rails, and further aided with lowering the centre of gravity. Forward of this sat the airbox, which four 32 mm Mikuni downdraft carburettors, and all these assemblies were covered by a plastic cover dummy petrol tank. Unlike the larger FZR models which had featured three intake valves and two exhaust valves per cylinder, the FZR600 had a four-valve per cylinder layout, necessitated by the different gas flow characteristics of the 600 cc engine over the 750 and 1,000 cc units in the FZR range Many models came with the EXUP valve system, mandatory for units sold in California. This system located in the lower exhaust manifold helps maintain high back pressure at low engine speeds, and opens up more at higher engine speeds giving the motor better mid range power. The EXUP system was mainly found in US and some European models to compensate for the loss of power caused by emissions related modifications for those markets. Standard world market models produced 91 bhp (68 kW), compared to about 76 bhp (57 kW) for EXUP equipped versions. The FZR600 continued in production until 1999. However, in some markets it was superseded in 1994 by the closely related FZR600R which was mechanically similar but featured an all new steel frame, slightly modified engine producing 98 BHP, and different styling with the now famous "Foxeye" headlamps. In the U.S., the "Foxeye" FZR600 was released in 1995 as the "Foxeye" YZF600. The original steel framed '3HE' FZR600 remained virtually unchanged throughout its production. In 1991 the FZR received a single wedge shaped headlamp to ape its FZR1000 EXUP sibling, but Yamaha reverted to the twin headlamp design for 1993. In 1990, the rear wheel width was increased to 4" (as opposed to the 3.5" wheel which was stock for the '89 model). In the same year the front brake calipers were upgraded to 4-piston units (as opposed to the 2-piston calipers on the '89 model). In 1991 the FZR received a different swingarm, which was slightly fatter in profile. Aside from the minor mechanical changes, the paintwork and color schemes were the main change for each new model year, including the Vance and Hines special edition scheme that was available for 1992. The motorcycle is kept in a garage under 2 sheets on a battery tender. It does not get taken out much as I have other motorcycles. My wants have changed. I will be selling this bike to make room for another new motorcycle. Just the Givi bags and the Corbin seat and the Vance and Hines Pipe and the new tires are worth 3000 bucks. The bike is a 9 out of 10 easily! The negatives... 1. The red on/off switch sometimes engages and sometimes does not. I cure this by not using it. I just use the key to turn it on and off. 2. The Givi hard cases are great... and have 2 keys. They open 2 different ways.. They open all the way, what I call the large way... then they have two combination hatch ways on the top. I am not sure what the combination is for ONE of the bags. The other one I know. The keys still open both hard cases and the combination still opens the top of one of the hard cases. I just dont know the combination of the other one. BOTH CASES OPEN AND ARE USEABLE. Just one small hatch doesnt open because it needs the combination. I am sure it could be figured out..but it would talk a while. You can reach me at 843 437 9292 The zip code here is 29440 Essentially Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I will help all I can with delivery. I have a trailer and do travel somewhat around this area. A very nice motorcycle

Gorgeous CB400F. The photos speak for themselves. They were taken July 31 2015. I'm a private owner, not a dealer. I have a lovely collection of 28 motorcycles, but changing health means either leaving them mostly unused in the garage or house, or knowing someone else will enjoy the ones I choose to sell. The wheels are not stock, are much higher quality alloy and, along with the tires, are brand new. The carbs need to be cleaned, and a new battery is needed. The original tool kit comes with. I also have a NOS blue tank and matching side covers for a CB400F. I'll be selling those separately. I can deliver the 400F to Blaine, Washington, or a dealership in Bellingham, Washington. If you have any questions, you may call David at 360.945.7777. Buyers with negative feedback need not apply, and lowball offers won't be considered. Before long, I'll also be selling: 2012 Ducati Panigale Tricolore S2012 Kawasaki ZX141989 Honda Hawk GT650 with very low miles1984 Honda CB1100F1990 Bimota YB1981 Kawasaki GPz550 and 1989 Yamaha FZR400 with very low miles plus a 1990 FZR400 swingarm.
